BIO

BEVERLY started sharing her drawings with friends in 2006 by posting custom birthday cards and posters online. She drew some of her favorite sneakers, clothing brands, and cartoons. Thanks to her older brother, she was exposed to hip hop, streetwear designs, and murals. As a 12-year-old, she already admired the creative culture and community. A new generation of independent djs, producers, photographers, and artists emerged. Wanting to be a part of this, she launched her website to connect with other artists. In 2018, Beverly hosted art shows across four major cities in the U.S. to celebrate the up-and-coming storytellers, animators, and illustrators who moved on to working larger projects.

She is known for her linework, lettering, and color palettes. Beverly draws from experiences in places she’s traveled to, meaningful conversations she’s had, interior design, and architecture. She loves to incorporate gold leaves in her personal work to symbolize growth and prosperity. Her goals are to create artwork for those who need healing and remind other artists to maintain ownership of their dreams.
